UK PAYSLIP TEMPLATE

UK payslips are not only a legal requirement employees expect a payslip, are entitled to one and may need their payslips for a number of future uses. A payslip is an important document to your employee.

The payroll calculation automatically completes a UK payslip / wage slip for each employee each payroll period. The payroll analysis being your payslip calculator. Payslips are automatically updated from the payroll worksheet for both weekly paid and monthly paid employees.

Below is the screenshot of a copy of the blank wage slips template that the payroll software completes by collecting the business and employee details from the payroll file, payments made and then entries the payroll details directly on the payslip.

No entries are required to the payslip template, the formulae acting as a payslip calculator to automate the production of wage slips. The payslip is printed 2 payslips per A4 page, the whole payroll software costing less than most specialised payslips stationery alone might cost.

Gross pay plus basic hours and hourly rate of pay plus income tax, national insurance contributions and net pay are all entered on the payslip automatically as is the year to date payroll totals, employee details such as name, national insurance number, tax code  and the business name and address.

Payslips template contain all legal requirements including the Employers’ name, Employees’ name and details of all payments and deductions to be made for the pay period and year to date showing the employees income tax code and national insurance table letter. All employer and employee details entered automatically on the Pay slip.
