New Companies Formation Questions

Q 1. Can I use the package for a one director company

A 1. Many start up new companies have a sole director and the package is suitable. Note new companies with a single director also require a company secretary.

Q 2, Can I have one subscriber for initial shares.

A 2, No, there must be more than one subscriber as a company as the underlying reason for forming a company is that more than one person wishes to be involved in that company

Q 3. Can I sign form 12 as a director forming the new company.

A 3. Yes form 12 can be signed by a director however it should also be countersigned by a solicitor or commission of oath.
